“I just wanted to comment on the exceptional service provided by your employee, Sergio. The carpets in my house were completely destroyed. Not only are they an off-white color, we’ve had a dog who shed fur, tracked mud, and devastated garbage all over them for about a year. About a year ago we had another company clean them and the guy who came, basically left with his tail between his legs, was absolutely exhausted, and borderline rude. Sergio came in, very polite and professional, proved he was an expert and educated me on the steps he was taking and what I can expect to see afterwards. He then spent the next five hours working incredibly hard and did an amazing job. I offered to vacuum the remnants of pet hair that were left after his deep cleaning, but he just did it anyways at the end. He’s an incredible asset to your company and I hope he’s being treated as such. I will recommend this company to friends and family and definitely call anytime I need my carpets cleaned. Thank you!”

“Chem Dry Four Seasons is the master of all carpet cleaners. I have seen many different carpet cleaners and unfortunately often one ends up with soggy, smelly, and still dirty carpets. NOT with Chem Dry Four Seasons – Sergio is a master with carpets . . . better known as the scientist of carpet cleaning. He is outstanding and can get about any odor, stain, and discoloration out. If it isn’t worth cleaning, he will tell you just that. He is honest, reliable, and very very good at what he does. As a property manager, I have often found that individuals may grab a cheap coupon for carpet cleaning and the result is something that is substandard. It is still stained, dirty, and ends up smelling like a rotten egg. Don’t do this to carpet!! Sergio, the master carpet cleaner gets it right the first time and every time. “Totally awesome. Not only was Sergio very professional, the quality of his work was totally awesome. I waited a few months to post this review. I intentionally waited to see if some of the old spots/stains would resurface as they sometimes do. I’m happy to say that those spots never came back. Although it took a little more than the estimated time for the work, this 13 yr-old carpet had never seen a professional cleaner. It also took more than a couple of hours to dry on a summer day, but I’m sure my soil and spots went deep. As I mentioned, NONE of the spots reappeared. Well done Sergio!!! You are the Best!”
